«Return to Past EventsheARTS for Horses

Support the New Mexico Center for Therapeutic Riding by participating in their first painted helmet art auction and fundraiser on Saturday, November 2, 2019.

heARTS for Horses is a new benefit to engage local artists, collectors, and horse enthusiasts to contribute to the NMCTR’s vision of “Changing Lives, One Stride at a Time”. Prominent artists will paint original designs on equestrian helmets to be auctioned off at the fundraising event and reception at Manitou Galleries (123 West Palace Avenue, Santa Fe, NM 87501) from 6:00 – 8:30 PM. All monies raised will go towards the heroes of the program: The NMCTR Horses. 

Participating artists include: Gregory Lomayesva, Starr Hardridge, Dan Namingha, Arlo Namingha, Moss Casuse, Tamara Rymer, Arthur Lopez, Toby Morfin, Jim Vogel, Justin Mayrant Gallegos, Nocona Burgess, Monte Yellow Bird, Alvin Gill-Tapia, Terran Last Gun, and Carol Nowlin.

Join us for a fun night as we auction off all the helmets painted by the amazing artists and raise money for the therapeutic riding herd!
